How the console's authorization and content tools work.
Authorizing a supplier
Open Suppliers → Authorize. Set status, pick a group to apply its access template, then fine-tune individual document streams.
Group access templates
Groups & access defines the default streams for each supplier group. Changes apply to new members; existing suppliers keep their per-account settings.
Publishing announcements
News & Announcements → New. Add the message, attachments and images, choose the audience, then Publish or Save as draft.
